Intravenous Iron Infusion Treatment

In order to treat iron deficiency where oral iron supplements have been ineffective, iron infusion can be performed at our doctors surgery. In this way iron is replaced through the vein providing a fast and effective solution to iron deficiency. A blood test is always required prior to administration to determine your infusion requirements.

Make sure to ask your doctor if you are concerned about iron deficiency and available treatments. Intravenous (IV) Iron Infusions are performed in our practice by Dr Sharmani Singh using Ferinject.   Please note that we do not provide bulk billing for this service.
